Effective Date: October 21, 2026
1. Notary Services
Network Notary Solutions provides Mobile Notary and Remote Online Notary services in accordance with applicable Texas laws and regulations.
Mobile Notary services are available in Richardson, Texas, and surrounding communities, including North Dallas, Garland, Addison, and select areas of Plano.
Remote Online Notarization is performed under Texas law and may be available to eligible signers throughout the United States, subject to applicable legal and platform requirements.
All services are subject to appointment availability, proper identification, document eligibility, and applicable notarial requirements.
2. Appointment Requests and Confirmation
Submitting an appointment request through our website, online appointment form, telephone, or email does not guarantee an appointment.
All appointment requests are subject to availability and review by Network Notary Solutions. An appointment is considered confirmed only after the customer receives confirmation from Network Notary Solutions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, the requested service, appointment location (if applicable), and relevant document details.
Appointment dates and times may vary based on service availability, location, and notarial requirements.
3. Identification and Signer Requirements
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo identification that meets applicable Texas notarial requirements.
For Mobile Notary appointments, signers must personally appear before the Notary Public and be willing and able to complete the required notarial act.
For Remote Online Notarization, signers must appear through an authorized online notarization platform and successfully complete the required identity verification process.
Signers must demonstrate awareness of the transaction and willingness to sign without coercion.
Network Notary Solutions reserves the right to decline or discontinue a notarization when identification, signer eligibility, or other applicable legal requirements cannot be satisfied.
4. Remote Online Notarization
Network Notary Solutions provides Remote Online Notarization services in accordance with applicable Texas laws and regulations through an authorized online notarization platform.
Customers must have a compatible electronic device, reliable internet connection, and the ability to complete the required identity verification process.
Before scheduling a Remote Online Notary appointment, customers are responsible for confirming that the person, business, agency, or organization receiving their document will accept an electronically notarized document.
For real estate transactions, customers should verify acceptance with their title company, lender, attorney, or other receiving party before scheduling an appointment.
Network Notary Solutions cannot guarantee that an electronically notarized document will be accepted by every receiving party.
5. Fees and Payment
Network Notary Solutions charges fees for Mobile Notary and Remote Online Notary services in accordance with applicable Texas laws and regulations.
Service fees may include notarization fees, mobile travel fees, additional witness fees, and other applicable service charges.

Payment instructions and accepted payment methods will be communicated before the appointment.
Any additional services or charges must be discussed and agreed upon before they are provided.
6. Additional Witnesses

Customers may provide their own qualified witnesses at no additional witness-arrangement charge.
If Network Notary Solutions is requested to arrange witnesses, the following additional fees may apply:
-
Mobile Notary Services: $50 per witness.
-
Remote Online Notarization: Up to $20 per witness.
Witness arrangements must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for confirming the number of witnesses required for their documents and any applicable witness qualifications.
All witness fees will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Network Notary Solutions understands that unexpected circumstances may require customers to cancel or reschedule their appointments.
Customers must provide at least 60 minutes' notice before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without incurring an applicable cancellation or travel-related fee.
Mobile Notary Cancellation Policy: No-shows, cancellations made less than 60 minutes before a confirmed Mobile Notary appointment, or failure to present acceptable identification may result in the full forfeiture of applicable travel-related fees.
Travel-related fees are separate from notarization fees and will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule should contact Network Notary Solutions as soon as possible.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for notarization services that have been successfully completed.
Network Notary Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, technical difficulties, or circumstances that prevent compliance with applicable notarial requirements.
8. Document Preparation and Acceptance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their documents are complete, accurate, and ready for notarization before their scheduled appointment.
Documents must contain the information necessary to complete the requested notarial act. Customers should not sign documents in advance when the applicable notarial act requires signing in the presence of the Notary Public.
Network Notary Solutions does not prepare legal documents, provide legal advice, or determine whether a document meets the requirements of the receiving party.
Customers are responsible for confirming that their documents meet the requirements of the person, business, agency, or organization receiving them.
